For the tool to work as it should, it must be ground to its original dimensions during refurbishment. Even a slight deviation in the optical measurement can mean that your rotary tool will break and a costly device into which the tool is clamped.
We simply cannot do without high-quality 3D diagnostics of a machine tool when refurbishing its tools. To offer you services of the highest quality, we have invested in a robotic non-contact CNC machine with WALTER HELICHECK three-camera system. This device provides us in a minute with a large amount of data, thanks to which we know precisely what the original microgeometry of your cutter or drill was like. We can also grind it on the tool immediately. In addition, we do not have to enter the measured data anywhere manually. The non-contact measurement device and our grinding machines continuously communicate with each other thanks to mutual synchronization.
To avoid measuring the tool again next time, we will enclose a measurement protocol with it.
