In our portfolio, you can also find a complete range of interchangeable inserts. Unlike conventional, shaped inserts, these inserts are not attached to the seat of the machine tool blades by soldering, but through a special clamping mechanism. In addition to the sale of new cutting inserts, we also focus on sharpening, adjusting, and coating them, even if the tool does not come from our production. In addition to all custom-made tools, we will provide you with a measurement protocol and a satisfaction guarantee.

We offer high-quality tools with interchangeable inserts

We offer all types of differently shaped inserts of various clearance angles and in different thicknesses for turning, milling, and drilling. In addition to the production of new inserts, we will also take care of the adjustments of the inserts, consisting of the correction of the shape and sharpening of simple inserts, grinding of special shapes, or sharpening of exchangeable tool heads, and coating.
The main advantage of replaceable inserts over a compact tool is mainly the saving of tool material. The production of the tool itself with II is more expensive than the production of a tool with a brazed insert. Still, the clamping mechanism then saves the costs related to the assembly and soldering of inserts, removal of excess solder and brazing flux, and sharpening. Replacing interchangeable insert tools is significantly more time-saving than replacing a soldered insert.
