Both PCD and CBN machining tools are very hard tools used to machine difficult-to-machine materials. Although both types of tools have very similar uses, they differ in their chemical composition and thus in their application. Our goal is to provide our customers with a complete range of PCD and CBN tools. In addition to all custom-made tools, we will provide you with a measurement protocol and a satisfaction guarantee.

Thanks to our experience and machinery, today, we can easily produce a brazed PCD tool with an accuracy of up to 0.003 mm.
For the manufacture of all our machine tools and to achieve perfect results, we use exclusively high-quality materials from certified suppliers (e.g. ELEMENT SIX). The smooth surface, maximum material removal and precise dimensions of the workpiece are provided only by a tool that does not become blunt immediately. Of course, this will happen over time. But we will also help you with that in NAVEL. We not only manufacture PCD, CBN, and diamond tools but also grind and refurbish them.
