In our offer, you can find a whole range of conventional carbide solid reamers of various geometries and sizes. We produce standard carbide solid reamers in versions with and without internal cooling and with straight or helical teeth.
We care very much about the quality of our products and services. Maybe that is why our standard carbide solid reamers have become popular with engineering companies focusing on the automotive, aerospace, and woodworking industries. For the manufacture of all our machine tools and always achieving perfect results, we use exclusively high-quality materials from certified suppliers (e.g. CERATIZIT). The smooth surface, the maximum material removal, and the exact dimensions of the workpiece are provided only by a reamer that does not become blunt immediately.
In addition to the standard tools of our production, we supply the Czech and Slovak markets with carbide reamers of the American company SGS. Are you looking for a solid step reamer or another carbide tool that we do not have in our offer? Let us know your requirements. We will be happy to prepare a tailor-made tool with a cutting diameter in a special tolerance, with special dimensions and special cutting geometry.
To make sure that you use your monolithic reamer correctly, we also provide the recommended cutting conditions for each tool.
