WALTER HELITRONIC VISION 400L
Our latest, highly productive 5-axis CNC grinding machine belonging to Industry 4.0, thanks to which we can produce carbide tools up to a length of 420 mm. This robotic machine can be easily programmed, so it does not have to be operated during its production by anyone. It can take the necessary semi-manufactured products and can also place the finished tools carefully. Thanks to automation, we produce all tools in a significantly shorter time. In addition, we gain more space for the production of special tools.
WALTER HELICHECK ADVANCED
Relying on the human sense in the manufacture of rotary tools would, of course, be absolute nonsense. That is why we bought the WALTER HELICHECK ADVANCED optical measurement machine. Thanks to these gauges, we can easily control not only newly manufactured NAVEL tools but also refurbish tools manufactured by other manufacturers. It measures each tool with perfect accuracy, so thanks to it, we know exactly what the original geometry of the tool looked like, which we then grind back.
FANUC ROBOCUT ALFA-C600IA
In addition to the PENTA INGERSOLL plunger, we also have a 4-axis wire cutter FANUC ROBOCUT ALFA-C600IA. This machine allows us not only to refurbish turning and milling II tools and to produce and adjust replaceable inserts, but we can also create various molds with it, etc., which need to be manufactured using EDM cutting and countersinking.
TRU TECH REVOLUTION
Of course, we also have other top-notch devices in NAVEL than just WALTER machines. One of our latest additions is the powerful TRU TECH REVOLUTION universal 3-axis grinding machine designed to produce sintered carbide tools. This device is suitable not only for the production of smaller series but also for the production of special customized rotary tools.
WALTER HELITRONIC POWER DIAMOND
Another type of CNC grinding machine, thanks to which we produce top-quality machine tools, is WALTER HELITRONIC POWER DIAMOND. This model, with the innovative 2 in 1 concept, made it possible for the first time what we had only dreamed of – grinding and eroding tools in a single machine. Thanks to the WALTER HELITRONIC POWER DIAMOND grinding machine, it is, therefore, possible to produce and grind not only carbide and HSS tools, but also to erode very durable PCD and CBN tools. In Navel, we were the first in the Czech Republic to have this grinding machine.
LT-COBALT
In 2016, we expanded our portfolio of machines with a fiber laser marker and laser engraving services. With the LT-COBALT laser, we can easily engrave flat and round surfaces. We will inscribe practically any object with a label, logo, serial number, or, for example, an EAN code. For example, your new rotary tools, wedding rings, or promotional items.
PENTA INGERSOLL
We also offer EDM countersinking. For this, we use a PENTA INGERSOLL plunger. We chose this refurbished machine not only because we try to eliminate the amount of waste that this machine would undoubtedly become, but mainly because even though this plunger is getting on in years, it still has many technologies for a wide range of combinations of electrode material and workpiece. WIth this plunger, we most often create deep cavities.
WALTER HELITRONIC POWER
WALTER HELITRONIC POWER is a reliable CNC grinding machine that enables grinding and production of carbide and HSS tools. Thanks to this grinding machine, in 2001, we officially started selling professional rotary tools and grinding and refurbishing them. We really got to like this classic among CNC tools. Today we even have it 3 of them in the hall.
