We offer all types of standard HSS drills, milling cutters, taps, reamers, and tools for hollowing bits designed for efficient machining with high material consumption, high feeds, and machining at high speeds. Sometimes, however, mass production tools are simply not fitting individual needs. In this case, we will be happy to design and manufacture special custom-made HSS tools. In addition to each custom-made HSS tool, we will provide you with a satisfaction guarantee and a measurement protocol.

Special HSS tools made of high-speed steel have broad applicability in machining. Being customized to your needs, the tools will speed up your production and save you money. Our company has complete equipment for the production, refurbishment, and sharpening of HSS tools.
For the manufacture of all our machine tools and to achieve perfect results, we use exclusively high-quality materials from certified suppliers (e.g. EUL WERKZEUGE). The smooth surface, maximum material removal and precise dimensions of the workpiece are provided only by such a tool that does not become blunt immediately.
To make sure that you use your HSS tool correctly, we also provide the recommended cutting conditions for each tool.
